PRIVACY POLICY

Collegiate Funding Solutions, Inc. ("CFS") provides technology and services that enable financial services professionals ("Advisors") to generate reports for use in advising their clients ("Clients") in the field of collegiate financial planning. CFS is committed to maintaining the privacy of its users, including both Advisors and Clients.

This Privacy Policy describes the CFS practices for gathering, storing, using and disseminating information. By visiting this website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions set forth below, please do not use or access the CFS services. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you expressly consent to the use and disclosure of your personally identifiable information as outlined below. This policy may be changed from time to time. All changes will be posted to this site and you are encouraged to periodically check back to this site for any changes to this Privacy Policy.

INFORMATION COLLECTION

If you are using the online services of CFS (the "Services"), CFS may collect financial information and other information needed to generate a report as a part of the Advisor services. You are not required to enter any personally identifying information such as your name, email address, phone number, etc. The data gathered is only used to provide the Services and generate the report for the Advisor and will not be sold or marketed to any third party by CFS.

The Service also allows you to request to be contacted by the Advisor by submitting a “request for contact form.” This form collects your name, telephone number and email address and generates an email to the Advisor. This form is not required for you to use the CFS service and is only provided as an additional level of service. The information you provide in this form is not sold or marketed. If you do submit a “request for contact form,” any financial information you may have provided is not included as part of the email. Information provided by you in such request shall be provided by CFS through the Service solely to the Advisor and CFS shall not use the information for any other purpose.

In addition, CFS may collect information through the use of log files, which are described below.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

CFS will disclose information collected through the website or Service upon a court order, presentation of a warrant or as otherwise required by law. In addition, it may voluntarily disclose this information to law enforcement personnel if it believes such disclosure would help avoid or ameliorate any physical, psychological or emotional injury to any person, to Advisors or third parties in connection with any investigation of fraud, infringement, piracy or other unlawful activity or to protect or defend the rights and interests of CFS.
